It’s that special time of the year when work stops. Team VG247 is signing off for the rest of 2020 as we all take a well-earned holiday. We’ll return on January 4 with hope in our hearts of a better year than this one. Although, barring a last-minute miracle, the UK will have crashed into a hard Brexit, the stores will be barren and those of us living here will be eating tins of beans in makeshift tents across a ransacked land of despair. But at least we have video games!
If you’re reading this you probably read most the content that we publish, but there’s plenty of seasonal content to peruse if you missed it. This includes our alternative game awards starring a blocky penis; game of the year choices from me, Alex, James, Lauren, and Sherif; and this very post.
Everyone at VG247 wishes you a lovely Christmas. Have a much-needed break, eat some chocolates and mince pies, drink your favourite beverage, and maybe even play a video game or two. We’ve heard some of them are very good.
