A new expansion pack is coming to The Sims 4 and it’s all about cottage living.
The Cottage Living Expansion Pack for The Sims 4 allows you to experience a “pastoral existence” in a town called Henford-on-Bagley.
While enjoying life in this cozy village, you will be able to do all sorts of things.
You can grow your own fruits and vegetables, forage for ingredients in the wild and visit the local village market.
Sims can also raise animals in their own yard to get fresh milk from cows, llama wool for crafts, and eggs from chickens. Just be aware there may be a fox or two out to get your eggs.
If you earn the trust of the wild rabbits and birds, they will bring you gifts on occasion and help around the garden.
The town also hosts the Finchwick Fair where you can enter your oversized crops and prized cows or chickens to compete against the locals.
Your Sim will also be able to explore the countryside, learn about the town’s lore, enjoy a picnic, head off into the forest, and taking up a new hobby of cross-stitching.
Sims can also head down to The Gnome’s Arms pub to hang out with the locals after a long day.
The Cottage Living Expansion Pack to PC and Mac via Origin and Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on July 22.
