We’re nearing the beginning of a new Switch era, but before Nintendo’s next platform takes the spotlight, we’ve got (at least) one more great limited edition Nintendo Switch coming. Launching alongside The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom on Sept. 26, the gold-hued Nintendo Switch Lite Hyrule Edition features the Hylian crest emblazoned on its back, and a little Triforce tattooed under the right joystick.
It’s a gorgeous portable console that’s perfect for playing any number of great Zelda classics available on Switch, other Zelda-likes for after you 100% Tears of the Kingdom, and of course, a full library of other great Nintendo Switch games. Note that because it’s a Switch Lite, you cannot dock the console to play on a TV, nor are the sides detachable à la the Joy-Cons of its pricier contemporary, but the tradeoff is a sleeker, self-contained system that’s even more portable.
You can pre-order the Nintendo Switch Lite Hyrule Edition via Best Buy, Target, and GameStop for $209.99, which includes a 12-month individual membership to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack (usually $49.99 on its own). The Expansion Pack tier of Nintendo Switch Online is a great service to get as a freebie, granting you access to a number of classic games for NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy Advance, and other platforms.
