Insomniac Games has released the latest patch for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, which includes various additions to the game along with some general fixes and polishing.
One of the biggest features added with the Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart patch is the addition of 120 Hz display mode.
This will reduce input latency when using a compatible display, and the frame rate target for Fidelity graphics mode increases to 40 FPS.
With the update, you can now disable the Phantom Dash VFX, Skip Cutscenes is now a bindable option for the D-pad, and there’s now an option to disable the level up message and slowdown.
An issue where the Glitch challenge could be played twice resulting in players being unable to complete one later has been addressed, and where cubes will no longer appear in the opening cinematic. POIs will no longer disappear, characters should no longer appear blurry in Photo Mode when the camera is close, and the game should stop freezing during the grind rail tutorial.
Plenty of issues were addressed with the patch and you can read the entire set of notes below.
