Pride Week: Real Virtual Selves

Hello! All this week, Eurogamer has been marking Pride Month – on this, its 50th anniversary year in the UK – with a series of features celebrating the intersection of queer culture and gaming. As our Pride Week nears its end, Caelyn Ellis recollects the early internet’s game-adjacent social spaces and explores how their growing complexity intertwined with her own personal journey.
