The Genshin Impact Kamisato Estate barrier is one of the easier parts in Sacred Sakura Cleansing.
There’s no complex quest before it and not much running around to finish it. You will need the Memento Lens and some Electro protection to help get you through the final challenge though, so make sure to finish those quests first.

Once you’ve finished the Abandoned Shrine part of the Cleansing ritual, Kazari gives you a few more tasks to complete. One of them is the Kamisato Estate barrier.
Head to the beachy area northeast of Kamisato Estate. Use your Memento Lens on the Earth Kitsune statues to find out what the next step is (or just skip that and use Electro on the kitsune statue) and obtain the Ward to start the Cleansing ritual.
Go to the Waverider point, then sail northeast to the island marked on the image above.

Use the Memento Lens on the island’s Earth Kitsune statue to open a path underground. If you’ve got an Electro potion, use it now. The underground area is infused with Electro and will damage your party.
Use the Ward to activate the ritual. As always, the first lantern has one mark. The lanterns to its left and right should have two marks, and the ones behind and in front of it should have three marks.
Destroying the Kamisato Estate barrier causes two Ochimusha to spawn. Deal with them, and make your way out to start the next part of the Genshin Impact quest chain. Chinju Forest is nearby, so you might as well start there.
While you’re near the Kamisato Estate, make sure to pick up some Sakura Bloom and Naku Weed for Ayaka’s and Yoimiya’s Ascension.
