The Razer Nommo V2 Pro is Razer’s flagship set of gaming speakers. We consider it one of the best gaming speaker systems out there, and it’s currently on sale for their lowest price ever. Typically $449.99, the Razer Nommo V2 Pro is currently discounted to just $294 at Amazon. We understand that investing in a speaker system for your desktop isn’t for everyone, but if you want to elicit more than a few noise complaints from your neighbors, you won’t find a better opportunity.
The Nommo V2 includes a pair of 3-inch speakers featuring full-range drivers and integrated RGB lighting in the back. These speakers connect to each other and link to a cube-shaped subwoofer with a 5.5-inch driver. You can customize both the lighting and sound profiles through the Razer Synapse desktop application or by pairing a mobile device via Bluetooth and using the Razer Audio app. The control pod, which by default manages volume and media playback, also allows for switching between audio sources and can be remapped for specific functions on your PC.
Outside of a set of audiophile-level bookshelf speakers, you won’t find a more powerful pair of speakers that can provide the same level of customization offered by the Nommo V2 Pro. However, if you find the gamer aesthetic too abrasive, we’d recommend checking out the Audioengine A2 Plus speakers, which are available for a similar price but don’t come packaged with a subwoofer or control module.
