UPDATE: Capcom has officially confirmed Eleven as a DLC character for Street Fighter 5.
It looks like Eleven is a bonus DLC character, and not the fifth unannounced character of the game’s fifth and final character pass.
It’s also unclear how exactly you obtain Eleven. Capcom tonight announced a new premium pass, which is in addition to the standard character pass. This premium pass costs $39.99. The character pass costs $24.99.
