How to get the Liberty Falls vault code in Black Ops 6 Zombies

The Liberty Falls vault is one of several optional Easter eggs tucked away in Black Ops 6’s Zombies mode.

The vault can be found inside the Savings & Loan building near the bowling alley in the centre of the map. The vault requires a six-digit code to open, with the solution hidden on three separate sticky notes scattered across Liberty Falls.

This Black Ops 6 guide explains how to get Liberty Falls vault code locations from each sticky note, as well as details on what you can find inside once you’ve cracked the code — including how to open the safe deposit boxes inside.

How to get the Liberty Falls vault code in Black Ops 6

The Liberty Falls vault code will be unique to each new game of Zombies, but thankfully, the location of the three sticky notes for the code will not change. Here’s where to find all three parts.

First vault code location

The first and easiest note to find is on the front counter in the Savings & Loan Building. It’s on top of a piece of paper, slightly illuminated by the nearby banker’s lamp.

In our instance, the code looked like this: 39 __ __. Yours will be different, so make note of them.

Note the codes you find and where the numbers are positioned in the sequence. This is also unique to each game and will denote the order in which you need to enter the combination into the vault.

Second vault code location

For the next sticky note and set of numbers, leave via the bank’s front door and cross the road to the bowling alley, which is called Fuller’s Liberty Lanes. Head straight from the entrance to the service counter, and you’ll see another banker’s lamp on the table next to a bucket of beers.

Shoot or melee the bucket; you’ll find the sticky note underneath. In our instance, the code looked like this: __ __ 59. Again, yours will be different — make note of the numbers and where they are positioned.

Third vault code location

For the final sticky note and numbers in the vault code, leave out of the other exit of the bowling alley and return to the Liberty Falls starting area. Bear left and head down the long street until you reach a store on the left-hand side called Olly’s Comics

Inside, you want to mantle over the counter with the cash register on it, face the Aetherella statue and crouch to check the inner shelves.

You should see a sticky note taped inside the top left shelf, below a calculator on the counter. In our instance, the code looked like this: __ 37 __, and again, yours will be different, and will be unique for every playthrough you undertake.

With that, we have our solution. In this instance it was 39 37 59, and remember, your code will be entirely different for every session, so you will need to run through the above steps yourself.

When you are ready, head back to the Savings & Loan building and bear left from the counter to access the vault.

It takes a little while to input the combination, so leaving all but one zombie, and giving it the slip before you begin, might be worthwhile. When you’re ready, interact with the vault door and key in the solution in the order specified by your sticky notes.

Once confirmed, the vault door will begin to open, albeit at a glacial pace. You’ll eventually be able to enter the vault by interacting with it, and once inside, be sure to pick up the 500 Essence for your trouble.

You might also spot safety deposit boxes lining the vault walls that you can loot, but they’re currently greyed out…

How to open the safe deposit boxes in the vault

As you play through Liberty Falls, look out for Loot Keys of varying colours and ascending rarity (Green, Blue, Purple and Orange). They tend to be dropped by Special Zombies like the armoured Manglers or three-headed Abominations.

Once you find a Loot Key, you can return to the vault and loot one of the deposit boxes for randomised weapons and equipment.

Remember, you can only enter the vault once every round, so keep an eye on the timer that starts ticking down as soon as you enter.

If it runs out, you’ll be booted back out into the unforgiving streets of Liberty Falls.
