For gamers who play on Steam, Fanatical\u2019s bundles are one of the best values on the internet. As you add games to its bundles, the price you pay for each game goes down. The latest bundle<\/a> is perfectly timed, given that we\u2019re inching closer to Halloween. It includes all the major games in the Resident Evil franchise, including the modern RE2<\/em><\/a> <\/em>and RE3 <\/em>remakes<\/a> but excluding the more recent Resident Evil 4<\/em> remake from 2023. If you buy two games, the cost is $15.99, but going up to three brings the total to $21.99, or less than $7.50 per game.<\/p>\n

The highlight of this bundle (at least, in terms of dollar value) is Resident Evil Village<\/a><\/em>, Capcom\u2019s most recent installment in the series, which costs $39.99 if you purchase it on Steam. If I were you, I\u2019d consider adding the Resident Evil 2<\/em> remake to the bundle as well, if you haven\u2019t played it \u2014 for what it\u2019s worth, it\u2019s my favorite among Capcom\u2019s remakes. Resident Evil 7 Biohazard<\/a><\/em> is definitely worth playing, too. It\u2019s Capcom\u2019s first foray (and a horrifically successful one) in turning RE into a first-person experience.<\/p>\n

The bundle is still worth checking out if you\u2019ve played all of the most recent RE titles. Fanatical makes it easy to stock up on the older games by bundling some of them together. For instance, Resident Evil Revelations<\/em> 1 and 2 are considered one item in this bundle, as are Resident Evil 4<\/em> (2005) and Resident Evil 5<\/em>. You could also add the Resident Evil<\/em> and Resident Evil 0<\/em> remakes from the Gamecube era to the bundle as one item.<\/p>\n

Any way you choose to slice it, you\u2019re getting a great deal on some of gaming\u2019s best horror games. This bundle will be available through Nov. 4.<\/p>\n
