Pok\u00e9mon Go<\/em> Twitch drops<\/strong> are available for those watching this year\u2019s Pok\u00e9mon World Championships.<\/p>\n

Alongside the in-game \u201c2024 Pok\u00e9mon World Championships<\/a>\u201d event, watching the Pok\u00e9mon Go<\/a><\/em> side of the competition on Twitch will grant codes rewarding Timed Research with encounters with both meta and event-specific Pok\u00e9mon, as well as an in-game avatar T-shirt.<\/p>\n

The snag is the various rewards all have their own unique sources \u2014 and so this guide explains how to get all Twitch codes over the course of the weekend, and the times you need to tune in for to claim them.<\/p>\n

How to get Pok\u00e9mon World Championship Twitch drops<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There are three different types of rewards available during the Pok\u00e9mon World Championships.<\/p>\n

Official Twitch drop codes<\/h3>\n

There are two Twitch drops up for grabs by watching the official Pok\u00e9mon World Championship streams over the course of the competition. To take part, you must:<\/p>\n

  1. Connect your Pok\u00e9mon Trainer Club account to Twitch by visiting the official Pok\u00e9mon website<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Watch 30 minutes of the Pok\u00e9mon Go stream<\/a> during on day one and\/or day two (see later in the guide for the start times).<\/li>\n
  3. Visit your Twitch drops inventory<\/a> to find the code.<\/li>\n
  4. Redeem the code on the Pok\u00e9mon Go code redemption<\/a> site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To clarify, <\/strong>there are two Twitch drops up for grabs<\/strong> from the official stream \u2014 the first (with a Sableye encounter Timed Research) on the Friday<\/strong>, and the second (with branching Timed Research) on the Saturday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Partner co-stream drop codes<\/h3>\n

    As well as two Timed Research codes from official streams, you can also claim a code with an additional Timed Research (rewarding a snorkel event costumed Pikachu encounter) by watching a partnered co-stream for 30 minutes<\/strong> over the course of the three day competition. (For Pok\u00e9mon TCG Live players, a Spheal Appeal deck box, coin, and card sleeves are also up for grabs if you watch for an entire 60 minutes.)<\/p>\n
