A new report on the development of The Day Before alleges Fntastic employees and “volunteers” were subject to mistreatment.\n<\/p>\n

The report was published by German PC gaming outlet GameStar<\/a> and YouTube channel Game Two<\/a> earlier this week, and is based on testimonies from 16 former Fntastic employees, one volunteer, and seven employees at publisher Mytona.<\/p>\n

The claims paint a bleak image of the working environment at Fntastic, which include allegations of toxic management, in particular co-founders Eduard and Aysen Gotovtsev, and a lack of direction.<\/p>\n
