It also confirmed that referee Aubrey Edwards (who once spoke to us about her career in games and wrestling in this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2020\/12\/23\/aews-aubrey-edwards-on-her-journey-through-game-development-pro-wrestling-and-aew-games\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interview<\/a>) along with other officials will be present in the game. Fight Forever had been previously slated for still-unspecified consoles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>AEW Fight Forever was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2020\/11\/11\/all-elite-wrestling-unveils-three-video-games-in-development\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first announced<\/a> in November 2020 and is being developed by Yuke\u2019s, the studio behind decades of WWE games. AEW has billed the title as a WWF No Mercy-inspired arcade-style&nbsp;grappler, with that game\u2019s director Hideyuki \u201cGeta\u201d Iwashita contributing to development. Fight Forever will also have a story mode. Over the last year, AEW Games has slowly revealed the roster via video clips of in-development gameplay. The roster is rumored to consist of around 50 names.
