However, after some time, players began to realize that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2022\/03\/04\/gran-turismo-7s-cars-cost-a-lot-more-in-game-credits-than-previous-games\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cars in GT7 cost a lot more in-game credits than previous games<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2022\/03\/18\/update-gran-turismo-7-is-back-online-polyphony-digital-apologizes-and-addresses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an update that decreased credits and rewards earned for some races took the game offline for more than 24 hours<\/a>, players grew even more frustrated with some of the decisions developer Polyphony Digital made. So much so that Polyphony Digital president <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2022\/03\/25\/gran-turismo-7-polyphony-digital-promises-big-economy-changes-in-april-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kazunori Yamauchi published an apology that contained promises<\/a> to fix the game\u2019s economy in regards to credits, rewards, and more. He said that the fixes would arrive in an April update, and it seems that update is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gran-turismo.com\/us\/gt7\/news\/00_5412323.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">now live<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Released today, <strong>Update 1.11<\/strong> contains many improvements and adjustments to GT7\u2019s economy and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s a full look at what to expect after installing Update 1.11<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>1\uff0e World Circuits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The amount of rewards for events in the latter half of the World Circuit has been increased.<\/li>\n<li>New race events have been added to the World Circuit. The new events are as follows:\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>World Touring Car 600 Tokyo Expressway East Clockwise<\/li>\n<li>World Touring Car 700 24 Heures du Mans Racing Circuit<\/li>\n<li>World Touring Car 800 Sardegna Road Track A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted the rewards for Arcade races and Custom Races<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2\uff0e Circuit Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rewards are now provided when clearing all layouts of circuits in Gold or Bronze results. If you have already achieved these results, going into the sector selection screen and exiting with the Exit button will award the prize.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3\uff0e Lobby \/ Sports Mode\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The amount of rewards in Lobbies and Daily Races has been increased.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue where spectating while entered in a race in the Lobby did not allow you to switch to the spectator camera.<\/li>\n<li>Changed the Nations Cup and Manufacturer Cup so that the Helmet thumbnail specific to the championship is displayed.<\/li>\n<li>When the room mode is set to \u2018Practice\/Endurance Race,\u2019\u00a0adjusted the finish timing when the course setting is set to \u2018Time limit\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Changed the camera movements before races start in Daily Races when the starting method is set to Formation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4\uff0e Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Added \u2018The Human Comedy\u2019 to Missions, containing 1-hour endurance races. \u2018The Human Comedy\u2019 will become playable when the player\u2019s Collector\u2019s Level is 23. Each endurance race event will award up to 1.2 million Cr. per event.<\/li>\n<li>Race information such as the Starting Grid, number of laps or time limit, starting method, etc. are now displayed in the Race event Quick Menu of Missions.<\/li>\n<li>Best records for time limit events and Friend Ranking Records are now saved and displayed in the format of [Ranking\/Number of Laps]<\/li>\n<li>Rankings have been reset for the following Time Limit events*\n<ul>\n<li>Gone With the Wind &#8211; High Speed Ring 30 min.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The Sun Also Rises &#8211; Le Mans 24 min.<\/li>\n<li>The Sun Also Rises &#8211; Bathurst Gr. 3 Battle\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Already existing best records will only display the \u2018Ranking.\u2019 Once the same or better result record has been set, it will be saved in the format of \u2018Ranking\/Number of laps.\u2019\u00a0For Friend Rankings, if a Bronze or better result is set, it will be saved even if the result is lower than the best record.<br \/>\n<strong>5\uff0e Game Progression<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raised the maximum cap for earned in-game credits to 100 million Cr.<\/li>\n<li>New \u2018Invitations\u2019 received hereafter will have a time limit of 30 days, instead of 14 days.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6\uff0e Used Cars \/ Legendary Cars\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of cars listed in the lineup at the same time is now increased.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7\uff0e Cars<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mazda RX-7 GT-X (FC) \u201990: Corrected the position and shape of the roll cage installed in \u2018GT Auto\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Toyota Sprinter Trueno 1600GT APEX (S.Shigeno Version): Corrected a part of the rear wheel design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8\uff0e Livery Editor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corrected livery display issues for the following cars. If the car you are currently using is subject to this, it will be fixed when you go to [GT Auto] -> [Car Customization] -> [Save Style]\n<ul>\n<li>Subaru WRX Gr.B Road Car<\/li>\n<li>Ferrari F430 \u201906<\/li>\n<li>Ferrari F8 Tributo \u201919<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9\uff0e Car Physics Simulation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved physics when landing from a jump, mainly on dirt tracks.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue where the value of the vehicle speed displayed on the speedometer of other players in online races sometimes differed from the actual vehicle speed.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue where after-fire would not stop during certain operations after tuning the muffler of a Toyota Prius G \u201909 and Toyota Aqua S \u201911.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10\uff0e Car Settings\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changed the anti-lag system setting from ON\/OFF to 3 settings, OFF\/Weak\/Strong.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue where if you open the car settings after selecting a part in the Tuning Shop but cancelling without purchasing it, it would blank out the created setting sheet name and the settings would be reset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11\uff0e Race<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corrected an issue where time penalties were not being issued properly when short distance short cuts were made or successive short cuts were made.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue where a penalty would always be issued for cutting the white line at Goodwood.<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted the pit stop starting position for the Daytona International Speedway tri-oval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12\uff0e Custom Races<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changed so that Balance of Performance (BoP) setting can be turned on\/off when the player\u2019s cars are Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.4, and Gr.B categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>13\uff0e Rival Cars (AI)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corrected an issue where rival cars that changed to rain tires in wet condition races after a pit stop would have slow acceleration coming out of the pits.<\/li>\n<li>In online races, applied measures for some cars starting earlier or later during a rolling start due to network issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>14\uff0e Graphics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved the image quality of smoke in Race Photos<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue where debris during crashes while in cockpit view would enter inside of the car.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected the graphics drawing of smoke when seen through car windows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>15\uff0e Replays<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Until now, the control menu appeared using any button on the controller, but this has been changed so that it will now only appear when using the confirm and cancel buttons.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>16\uff0e Sound<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Music will now be played back in Surround Sound when the audio output mode is set to \u20187.1 ch Surround\u2019 output.\n<ul>\n<li>On PlayStation\u00ae4, this playback will apply when the connected device is 5.1 ch or 7.1 ch compatible and the \u2018Audio Output Mode\u2019 in \u2018Options\u2019 is set to \u20187.1 Surround.\u2019\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>On PlayStation\u00ae5 this playback will apply when the connected device is 5.1 h or 7.1 ch compatible and the \u2018HDMI Device Type\u2019 on the console is set to \u2018AV Amplifier,\u2019 and the \u2018Number of Channels\u2019 is set to \u20185.1 ch\u2019 or \u20187.1 ch\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Added [Music Replay Volume Balance] and [Music Replay Master Volume] options to the Sound Volume and the replay options for the Music Replay Playback.<\/li>\n<li>The Music Replay Options can now be closed with the cancel button.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>17\uff0e Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changed so that [Display Demonstration Ghost] setting inside [Ghost Settings] is displayed only in Licenses and the Circuit Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Added a [Temporary Exposure Setting] to the Quick Menu settings.
