Many blasted the CEO for not recognizing that stock prices may have been affected by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/07\/22\/lawsuit-document-against-activision-blizzard-details-a-long-history-of-harassment-and\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">numerous reports of sexual misconduct, harassment, mismanagement<\/a>, and more happening at the company (not to mention, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/11\/16\/report-bobby-kotick-knew-of-activision-blizzards-history-of-sexual-misconduct-employees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kotick reportedly knew of it for years and did little about it<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, after this <em>GamesBeat<\/em> interview, an <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/dogspinster\/status\/1483872301175107584?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Overwatch 2 producer<\/a> blasted Kotick for \u201crandom projects\u201d on Overwatch he would force on the team, only for him to cancel said projects after months of overtime work. This producer also said that Kotick cost the Overwatch 2 team months of development.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tw-align-center twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" xml:lang=\"en\">Bobby, tell everyone about the random projects for OW1 you all would shove on us, the team would do OT for only them to get cancelled and for months of OW2 dev to have been lost. Or how almost entire teams are turning over and citing you as the reason. Kennedy continues in a reply to the original tweet and adds,\u201d you hide behind scapegoats because you\u2019re a coward.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe entire world will remember you to be a greedy joke, and there\u2019s nothing you can do to change that,\u201d Kennedy <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/dogspinster\/status\/1483872726272004102?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>. \u201cWe outlasted you and we won.
