That\u2019s now possible thanks to the December 2021 update. This update also brings some other requested features to the shooter as well.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/12\/16\/new-back-4-blood-update-adds-offline-campaign-with-progression\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to watch embedded media<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe December 2021 Update is focused on bringing some new, highly anticipated features to you as well as taking a pass at improving the experience with our Veteran and Nightmare difficulties,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/back4blood.com\/en-us\/news\/december-2021-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">patch notes<\/a> read. \u201cVarious adjustments to our card system, Ridden, spawning systems, weapons, and Cleaners detailed below contribute towards these difficulty improvements. As we previously mentioned, we\u2019ll continue to improve the Back 4 Blood experience and look forward to your feedback on our December 2021 Update.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are the new features coming to Back 4 Blood with today\u2019s update<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Offline campaign<\/strong> with progression<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Supply Lines<\/strong> \u2013 Roving Merchants: time-limited track added that provides new unlocks to spend Supply Points on<\/li>\n<li><strong>New card type<\/strong> \u2013 Burn cards: available through the Roving Merchants Supply Lines and they can be played in each Saferoom to gain temporary effects like instant healing, currency boosts, increased resistances, and more.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Holiday seasonal event<\/strong>: holiday decorations have been added to Fort Hope and the Firing Range alongside unlockable seasonal character skins, weapon skins, emblems, and sprays.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New (non-burn) cards<\/strong>:\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Belt Clip<\/strong>: Increase Quickslot inventory by 1<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utility Belt<\/strong>: Increase Quickslot inventory by 2, -10% damage dealt<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tool Belts<\/strong>: Increase team Quickslot inventory by 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ridden Practice Area<\/strong> added to Fort Hope<\/li>\n<li>Bots that accompany the player in Solo Campaign are randomized<\/li>\n<li>Ultrawide improvements<\/li>\n<li>Stat tracking is now enabled in Training\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alongside all of these new features being added to Back 4 Blood in today\u2019s update, Turtle Rock also detailed hundreds of improvements, changes, and fixes to the campaign and Swarm PvP mode. <a href=\"https:\/\/back4blood.com\/en-us\/news\/december-2021-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">You can read all of those, in full, here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>While waiting for today\u2019s update, check out our thoughts on the game in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/review\/back-4-blood\/back-4-blood-review-a-familiar-fright\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Game Informer\u2019s<\/em> Back 4 Blood review<\/a> and then read about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/11\/08\/back-4-blood-content-roadmap-includes-story-expansion-and-offline-solo-play\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">story expansion<\/a> coming to it.
