Video Games Chronicle<\/a> <\/span><\/span>reports that Village\u2019s 5 million units shipped\u00a0achievement came faster than it did for the previous four games in the Resident Evil franchise. Earlier this month, though, Capcom announced that Village’s predecessor,\u00a0Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, had shipped 10 million units. Capcom hopes that Village overtakes Biohazard\u00a0as the fastest-selling Resident Evil game, according to <\/span><\/span>VGC.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
