The game joins Game Pass on Thursday, September 30.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Marvel&#8217;s Avengers&#8217; most significant pieces of content consist of its primary campaign, its Operations story missions\u00a0that introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2020\/11\/19\/kate-bishop-comes-to-marvels-avengers-next-month\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kate Bishop<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/preview\/2021\/03\/17\/crystal-dynamics-talks-hawkeye-and-continuing-the-marvels-avengers-story\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hawkeye<\/a>, and the recently released <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/preview\/2021\/08\/13\/a-deep-dive-into-black-panthers-debut-in-marvels-avengers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">War for Wakanda expansion<\/a>, which\u00a0added Black Panther and an entirely new map. That also includes more minor updates and\u00a0available cosmetics except for the\u00a0eight cosmetic items from the digital-only Endgame Edition (though you can purchase an upgrade to that edition for $20). Those playing on Xbox Series X\/S will enjoy optimization features in the form of faster load times and higher frame rates.\u00a0To get newcomers off on the right foot and\u00a0with a big head start, a\u00a0Quad XP event begins September 30 that rewards players with quadruple the experience points while playing until October 4 (this is for all versions of the game).<\/p>\n<p>Despite Marvel&#8217;s Avengers having some good ideas, namely a strong narrative campaign, the game has had a challenging time remedying the negative stigma around it thanks to its ill-fitting live service structure and drip-feed of new heroes\/content. Developer Crystal Dynamics recently laid out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/09\/08\/marvels-avengers-gets-spider-man-first-raid-and-power-level-cap-increase-before-years\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">content road map<\/a> for the remainder of the year, which includes the arrival of Spider-Man (a PlayStation exclusive character), a power level cap increase, and the launch of the game&#8217;s first raid.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So Xbox Game Pass subscribers, has this convinced you to give Marvel&#8217;s Avengers a shot?
