The game takes place two years after the events of Life is Strange 2, placing you into the shoes of Alex Cheng, who uses her powers of empathy to uncover the truth behind her brother&rsquo;s mysterious death.<\/p>\n<p>As well as a standard edition of the game, there&rsquo;s also the <strong>deluxe edition<\/strong> and <strong>ultimate edition<\/strong>. The deluxe edition includes four new outfits and the bonus episode, wavelengths, which is set prior to the events of True Colors. The ultimate edition of the game also includes the new remastered versions of the first two LIS games, Life is Strange and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2018\/01\/12\/life-is-strange-before-the-storm-review-an-inessential-choice-ends-an-essential-addition-to-a-complex-story\/\">Life is Strange: Before the Storm<\/a>. These titles will also be bundled together in a separate release as part of the Life is Strange Remastered Collection.<\/p>\n<p>All pre-orders of Life is Strange: True Colors &ndash; regardless of which edition you get &ndash; will include four new outfits for Alex.<\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;re yet to see a physical collector&rsquo;s edition of the game. Music is a huge part of the Life is Strange series, and every entry so far has included either a CD or 7&Prime; vinyl along with other items in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2015\/11\/12\/life-is-strange-limited-edition-box-set-releasing-in-january\/\">special collector&rsquo;s edition<\/a>.
