These USB devices allow users to play software that isn\u2019t allowed on the Switch.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YCBYJlg0jWk?feature=oembed\" alt=\"Please accept cookies to see this iframe.\">[embedded content]<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Nintendo initially sent a DMCA notice to Minh, who issued a counterclaim. Back in 2015, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2015\/11\/17\/court-rules-in-nintendos-favour-in-anti-piracy-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the firm won a case in Milan against PC Box<\/a>, an Italian company that was importing devices that enabled piracy.
