This is the second trailer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/04\/26\/ratchet-clank-rift-apart-trailer-reveals-new-character-is-rivet-voiced-by-mass-effects\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">we&#8217;ve gotten this week<\/a>, going more in detail about some of the new faces we&#8217;ll be meeting and Rift Apart&#8217;s latest evil.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With every trailer we get, it feels like the latest Ratchet &#038; Clank gets even more stunning. With PlayStation 5&#8217;s ray tracing and impressive load times, Rift Apart is poised to be an incredible new ride for longtime fans (and newcomers) of the Insomniac franchise.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/04\/29\/new-ratchet-clank-rift-apart-gameplay-trailer-reveals-wall-running-and-dash-ability\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to watch embedded media<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The latest gameplay comes after more information was finally revealed about the mysterious new Lombax character.\u00a0Rivet is a resistance fighter from another dimension that will team up to help stop the evil Emperor Nefarious from taking over the world. She&#8217;s another playable character that players can kick butt with, which will be needed because Nefarious City &#8211; if going by the name alone &#8211; sounds like it&#8217;s going to be anything but an easy ride. If her voice sounds familiar, you may recognize Jennifer Hale. Hale is in so many different titles out there, including our Jane Shepard from the Mass Effect games.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The gameplay also showcases some of the new weapons that players can master, and some of the new outfits players can don as well. This standalone adventure looks like it&#8217;s going to be teeming with action, we can&#8217;t wait to dive in! The gameplay also lays out how quests will work and even better?
