Our Jacob got his hands on a Steam Frame<\/a> back in November of last year, and came away raving about the wireless VR headset’s capabilities. Since then, we’ve reported on numerous signals<\/a> that the Frame is on its way\u2014but some new leaked videos give the rest of us a closer look at the hardware itself.<\/p>\n

The videos were apparently leaked as part of an Arm Steam Client update, and have since pulled by Valve (via SteamDeckHQ<\/a>). However, X account Steam Hardware Updates<\/a> has reposted them, and what they reveal looks to be a very cushy, premium-looking design.<\/p>\n

STEAM FRAME UPDATE:The ARM Steam Client had an update this morning that contained these videos. It was quickly pulled after that, but of course people managed to grab them. In one, a model demonstrates the process of putting on the Frame and adjusting the headband, including swapping out the internal faceplate to accommodate a pair of glasses. The large, cushioned rear-plate looks very comfortable, and the overall design is remarkably less… nerdy, for want of a better word, than I expected.<\/p>\n
