Season 17 of Overwatch 2<\/em><\/a> will include a fresh batch of skins and other cosmetics to acquire through the game\u2019s premium battle pass, including new 8-bit-themed versions of Genji, Sombra, and Reinhardt; and new Overwatch Academy skins for Junkrat and Cassidy.<\/p>\n

For the first time, the newest season of Overwatch 2<\/em> will launch with two Mythic skins: one character skin for D.Va, and a weapon skin for Reaper that is\u2026 well, extremely extreme.<\/p>\n

8-bit-inspired skins for Genji, Sombra, and Reinhardt will be available alongside Sakura Ana (not pictured), Delinquent Cole Cassidy, and Professor Fawkes Junkrat. The game\u2019s ultimate battle pass also includes Principal Lacroix Widowmaker \u2014\u00a0a big upsell for Widowmaker fans \u2014\u00a0and Professor de Kuiper Sigma.<\/p>\n

Overwatch 2<\/em>\u2019s in-game shop will feature 8-bit versions of Venture and Reaper; Overwatch Academy versions of Juno, Kiriko, and Soldier: 76; and Sakura versions of Lifeweaver and Mercy. Mythic D.Va and Mythic Reaper Steel Death Weapon Skin<\/h2>\n

D.Va is the recipient of this season\u2019s Mythic hero skin. Her customizable Horang skin channels the spirit of the Siberian tiger, across four tiers, blending mythical VFX, thematic voice lines, and folklore-rooted customization options that honor the timeless tale of Sister Sun and Brother Moon, Blizzard says. <\/p>\n
