Today is the 25th anniversary of Worms<\/strong>, the iconic series from Team17 that has appeared on more systems than we can count over its lengthy lifetime.<\/p>\n

The very first game in the franchise launched on 17th November 1995 on the Commodore Amiga, with more recent titles appearing on Nintendo Switch<\/a> and other modern platforms. The series has sold more than 75 million games in total over that time period, remaining a hugely important part of Team17’s brand.<\/p>\n

To celebrate the milestone, the Team17 store<\/a> is offering Worms game discounts up until 24th November. The discounts only apply to Steam versions of the games \u2013 so you won’t be able to use the discounts on Switch \u2013 but the savings reach as much as 80% off certain titles.<\/p>\n

It’s also been announced that three classic Worms games \u2013 Worms<\/strong>, Worms Armageddo<\/a><\/strong>n<\/a><\/strong>, and Worms Blast<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 will launch on the Evercade<\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n
