Sorry, make that a water cooler with two screens. Oh third thought, maybe a water cooler with a remote control motorised screen?<\/p>\n<p>Actually, if <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/tag\/computex-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\">Computex 2025<\/a> is anything to go by, what your PC needs is simply more screens. Because the show was stuffed with them, including plenty of intriguing actual, you know, monitors.<\/p>\n<p>Just to give you a sense of how screen-dominated the show was, here&#8217;s the list of just the AIO water coolers with screens we covered at Computex, which itself is surely a subset of all the water coolers with screens actually on display. I mean, we must have missed <em>some<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All the chiller screens we found:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/cooling\/antec-heard-you-like-screens-so-it-stuck-a-5-inch-screen-on-a-water-cooler-just-where-you-didnt-need-one\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Antec Vortex View<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Basic stuff, just a 5-inch screen on a water cooling block. Must try harder!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/cooling\/hytes-ludicrous-liquid-cooler-will-soon-be-able-to-show-entire-system-monitoring-charts-on-its-screen\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Hyte Thicc Q60<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Another, er, 5 incher, but this one has its own Arm CPU and can feed you with live stats without any help from your PC. Nice.<\/li>\n<li><strong><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/pc-cases\/tryxs-display-shelf-for-the-inside-of-your-pc-case-also-features-two-tiny-hd-screens-for-some-reason\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Tryx Stage<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Why make do with just one screen, when Tryx will give you an AIO with two!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/cooling\/cooler-masters-new-liquid-cooler-has-modular-tops-which-have-been-used-to-show-off-a-crying-face-on-a-screen-and-now-im-sad\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Cooler Master Masterliquid Atmos II<\/strong><\/a><br \/>This one has modular optional screens that detach. Oh, and Jacob says they cry, too. Whatever!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/cooling\/this-ginormous-caricature-of-a-cpu-cooler-screen-just-about-sums-up-computex-2025-i-think\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Xigmatek big screen thing<\/strong><\/a><br \/>We don&#8217;t know the product name. We don&#8217;t know its precise dimensions. But the award for the largest AIO screen at Computex probably goes to Xigmatek.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/cooling\/lian-lis-new-water-cooler-with-a-curved-and-motorised-screen-is-basically-pointless-but-youre-still-going-to-want-one\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Lian Li Hydroshift II LCD Curve<\/strong><\/a><br \/>A curved screen on an AIO? Yup. Not just curved, but motorised, too. Why? Well, there was no shortage of those, either. ASRock tickled our fancy with a 400 Hz 1440p panel. A world first, apparently, thanks to the novel combination of IPS and 400 Hz, this isn&#8217;t the highest refresh monitor in history. But it is quick and it should be pretty affordable. The <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/gaming-monitors\/asrock-outs-new-400-hz-1440p-gaming-monitor-and-were-hopeful-the-price-is-going-to-be-punchy\/\" target=\"_blank\">ASRock PG27QFW2A<\/a> looks like a good real-world candidate if esports are your thing but you want an monitor for daily duties and other types of gaming, too.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of 27 inchers, the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/gaming-monitors\/the-new-acer-nitro-pg1-is-the-first-portable-monitor-i-actually-want-thanks-to-4k-resolution-and-up-to-144-hz-refresh\/\" target=\"_blank\">Acer Nitro PG1<\/a> could be interesting for gamers on the go. It&#8217;s a portable screen which usually means terrible spec. But this one is 4K but also offers a 1080p 144 Hz mode. By desktop monitor standards, the specs are dated. But it looks slick and compact and given the portable remit, could make a lot of sense.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"van-image-figure inline-layout\" data-bordeaux-image-check >\n<div class='image-full-width-wrapper'>\n<div class='image-widthsetter' style=\"max-width:3840px;\">\n<p class=\"vanilla-image-block\" style=\"padding-top:56.25%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"PjEDfnuXxDia2SUtCt8JCZ\" name=\"Vector V200 case.JPG\" alt=\"Lian Li Vector V200\" src=\"https:\/\/arcader.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/if-there-was-one-non-ai-computex-trend-this-year-its-that-everything-needs-a-damned-screen-in-or-on-it-3.jpg\" mos=\"\" align=\"middle\" fullscreen=\"1\" width=\"3840\" height=\"2160\" attribution=\"\" endorsement=\"\" class=\"expandable\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><figcaption itemprop=\"caption description\" class=\" inline-layout\"><span class=\"caption-text\">Lian Li&#8217;s Vector V200 case comes with an 8.8-inch screen and is surprisingly affordable at just $109. <\/span><span class=\"credit\" itemprop=\"copyrightHolder\">(Image credit: Future)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Of course, if pure speed is your thing, the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/gaming-monitors\/asus-has-announced-the-worlds-first-610-hz-gaming-monitor-and-a-super-tn-panel-is-the-price-you-pay-for-that-speed\/\" target=\"_blank\">Asus ROG Strix Ace XG248QSG<\/a> mioght be your thing. It&#8217;s a 24-inch 1080p monitor with a TN panel, so it&#8217;s not going to be a great all-rounder. But it offers both 610 Hz. refresh and 0.1ms response. The <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/gaming-monitors\/msis-clever-new-500-hz-qd-oled-gaming-monitor-can-detect-when-you-leave-the-screen-and-turn-itself-off-to-begin-its-anti-burn-in-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\">MSI MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50<\/a> can also detect when you&#8217;re not using it and turn itself off to mitigate burn in. Handy.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung also announced that it was finally joining the Nvidia G-Sync bandwagon with its <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/gaming-monitors\/samsung-oled-tvs-are-finally-getting-nvidia-g-sync-support-should-you-ever-want-to-hook-your-rig-up-to-a-60-inch-screen\/\" target=\"_blank\">2025 OLED TV range<\/a>. 2025 models also offer 165 Hz refresh, plus AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support, making Samsung&#8217;s latest TVs pretty plausible as makeshift gaming monitors.<\/p>\n<p>There were, of course, zillions of other PC monitors at the show, not to mention other categories of supplementary display, <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/pc-cases\/if-you-ever-wanted-to-stick-a-screen-inside-your-pc-case-lian-lis-just-shown-off-something-surprisingly-affordable-for-you\/\" target=\"_blank\">such as the PC case with a secondary screen<\/a>, though most weren&#8217;t actually new. One trend that wasn&#8217;t entirely obvious at Computex but should emerge over the rest of the year is cheap 4K gaming monitors with at least 144 Hz refresh. We&#8217;re expecting screens from big brands for under $300.
