With the upcoming launch of the Switch 2<\/a>, Nintendo is giving Zelda fans more reasons to get excited, and to dig deeper into their wallets for spare bucks. Not only are there Switch 2 editions<\/a> of Breath of the Wild<\/a><\/em> and Tears of the Kingdom<\/a><\/em> (each promising performance upgrades and intriguing Zelda Notes features<\/a>), there are new Legend of Zelda amiibo, too. <\/p>\n

Four amiibo based on Riju<\/a>, Tulin<\/a>, Yunobo<\/a>, and Sidon<\/a> will hit shelves on June 5, the same day as the Switch 2<\/a>, its accessories<\/a>, and some games<\/a>. The Zelda amiibo will cost $29.99 each \u2014 a price increase compared to previously launched amiibo of a similar level of design complexity, which we\u2019ve typically seen retail between $15.99 and $19.99. On April 18, Nintendo announced they were also raising the prices of Switch 2 accessories<\/a> in response to recently announced tariffs.<\/p>\n

In addition to these Legend of Zelda amiibo<\/a>, you can pre-order new Street Fighter 6<\/em> amiibo, that are also coming out on June 5. So far, amiibo for Kimberly, Jamie, and Luke have been confirmed, and they\u2019ll cost $39.99 each at Walmart<\/a>, Best Buy<\/a>, and GameStop<\/a>. (Note: GameStop online pre-orders don\u2019t open until 11 a.m. EDT.) <\/p>\n

You can also pre-order plenty of Switch 2 accessories<\/a> and Switch 2 games<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As for the console, after Switch 2 pre-orders opened on April 24, the console quickly sold out<\/a>.
