All you need to do is take a few seconds to submit an entry. If selected, you\u2019ll win a new Switch 2. Nintendo\u2019s upcoming console boasts a 7.9-inch screen<\/a> and 256 GB of storage, plus plenty of new features. These include Joy-Con 2 controllers that attach magnetically and can be used like mice<\/a>, and GameChat<\/a>, a Discord-like video chat feature that allows you to stream your gameplay and talk with friends. The Switch 2 will be backward-compatible<\/a> with the original Switch, but also has several exclusive games<\/a> already lined up, including Mario Kart World<\/a>, Donkey Kong Bananza<\/a>, <\/em>and The Duskbloods<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve signed up, you can submit additional entries by visiting Polygon on Instagram (@polygondotcom)<\/a> or subscribing to Polygon on YouTube<\/a>. The sweepstakes begins at 10 a.m. EDT on March 26, and ends at 5 p.m. on April 23<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On April 2, Nintendo announced<\/a> the Switch 2 would cost $449.99<\/a> and be released on June 5<\/a>, with pre-orders originally scheduled to begin<\/a> on April 9. However, on April 4, Nintendo delayed U.S. pre-orders indefinitely<\/a> in response to the new tariffs announced by the Trump administration, though the June 5 release date remains unchanged. If there are supply issues with the Switch 2 and Polygon is not able to obtain one by Dec. 31, 2025, the winner will instead receive a gift card of approximate equal value.<\/p>\n
