It&#8217;s another familiar face returning to the series from both <em>Modern Warfare 2019 <\/em>and <em>Warzone<\/em>, joining season 3 as Verdansk makes its way back to the battle royale mode.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">However, while this gun is a strong contender for one of the best guns in <em>Black Ops 6 <\/em>with a more traditional setup, the attachments would be pretty much identical to our recommended <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/e\/553815\">Kilo 141 loadout<\/a>. However, it also makes the gun fire exclusively in semi-auto mode, which means it basically becomes a DMR. To manage this, you need eight attachments, so use the Gunfighter wildcard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">As a result, the CR-56 AMAX goes from being a weapon suited to short to mid-range engagements to one that excels at longer distances, though you\u2019ll need to slow down your playstyle. It may be a stretch to call this loadout the outright best for the gun, but it&#8217;s certainly a contender and it offers a fresher way to play rather than just mimicking a number of the other top assault rifles such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/black-ops-6-guides\/470831\/best-xm4-loadout-class-build-setup-bo6\">XM4<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/black-ops-6-guides\/479681\/best-krig-c-loadout-class-build-setup-bo6\">Krig C<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">To make this build work, you&#8217;ll want a decent optical sight. Our favourite is the <strong>Willis 3X<\/strong>, but you may also have luck with the Hawker Hybrid due to its ability to toggle an iron sight view when needed. That, combined with the <strong>Long Barrel<\/strong> for increased damage, means you&#8217;ll be much more effective at range.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Go for the <strong>Ported Compensator<\/strong> muzzle attachment, thanks to its first shot recoil control buff, because without it, the first shot can veer off to the side afterward. The <strong>Vertical Foregrip<\/strong> helps with the recoil even more (not to mention the Recoil Springs fire mod). Firstly though, it uses the often-recommended <strong>Grekhova<\/strong> due to its ability to finish off enemies at close range, alongside the <strong>Katanas<\/strong>, which are the best melee weapon in the game right now.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">The <strong>Flashbang<\/strong> is always a reliable tactical option, but then opt for the <strong>Blast Trap<\/strong> in the lethal spot because you&#8217;re likely to be posted up somewhere or defending an area, so this will come in handy taking out or at least distracting any enemies that try to get behind you. The same goes for the <strong>Neurogas<\/strong> field upgrade, because you&#8217;ll be able to turn around and finish them off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">We&#8217;ve opted for the blue perks thanks to the <strong>Recon<\/strong> specialty, which lets you see enemies through walls for a short while after respawning, plus your HUD will flash when an enemy is outside of your view. <strong>Ninja<\/strong> completely muffles your footsteps, so while you won&#8217;t be moving around <em>too <\/em>much with this style of play, it will stop enemies from hearing you when you do.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\"><strong>Forward Intel<\/strong> shows you the direction enemies are traveling when revealed with a UAV, so you can stop foes from coming up behind you more effectively, and <strong>Cold-Blooded<\/strong> means enemy AI targeting and thermal optics can&#8217;t target you.
