The event runs only on April Fools\u2019 Day (April 1) starting at midnight until 11:59 p.m. in your local time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Below, we explain the tiny <strong><em>Pok\u00e9mon Go <\/em>April Fools\u2019 2025 event<\/strong> and what Pok\u00e9mon you can run into.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-none\">What Pok\u00e9mon are spawning for April Fools\u2019 2025?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">In addition to regular Pok\u00e9mon spawns on the map, you may find Pok\u00e9 Balls. Tapping the Pok\u00e9 Ball may yield actual Pok\u00e9 Ball items (including Great and Ultra Balls) <em>or<\/em> one of the Pok\u00e9 Ball-imitation Pok\u00e9mon:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voltorb<\/li>\n<li>Hisuian Voltorb<\/li>\n<li>Electrode<\/li>\n<li>Hisuian Electrode<\/li>\n<li>Foongus<\/li>\n<li>Amoonguss<\/li>\n<li>Galarian Stunfisk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">(If you\u2019re asking why Galarian Stunfisk, it\u2019s because its beak looks like a Pok\u00e9 Ball \u2014 and the body closes like a bear trap when you go in to grab it. Ouchie!)<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Notably Voltorb, Hisuian Voltorb, Foongus, and Galarian Stunfisk can be encountered shiny in the wild, so while shiny rates don\u2019t seem to be higher, it may be a good time to try to shiny hunt them while the spawns are high.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">That\u2019s pretty much all there is to it.
