Bonnell II, also known online as Destiny, is being sued in a Florida court for allegedly sharing sexually explicit videos of a woman without her consent. The lawsuit was filed by an unnamed woman, using the pseudonym Jane Doe and her online handle Pxie, on Feb. 18. <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/pxielovee\/status\/1881382195891515559\">Pxie first shared the allegations on social media in January<\/a>, and raised more than $50,000 to pay for legal fees related to the then unfiled lawsuit. Pxie is seeking more than $1 million in damages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Lawyers write in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/831030248\/Destiny-Pxie-lawsuit-via-Polygon\">13-page complaint<\/a>, which has been reviewed by Polygon, that Pxie and Bonnell had \u201csexual relations\u201d once in September 2020; they had first met online approximately two years earlier, when Pxie was 19 and Bonnell was in his 30s. The lawsuit alleges that Bonnell filmed the two \u201cengaging in sexual conduct,\u201d and that, two years later, in October 2022, he \u201cintentionally shared\u201d one of the recordings with a 19-year-old female fan \u201cwithout [Pxie\u2019s] knowledge or consent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">In November 2024 \u2014 four years after the intimate clips were recorded \u2014 the video that Bonnell allegedly shared with the fan was uploaded to Kiwi Farms, according to the lawsuit. Kiwi Farms is a web forum notorious for facilitating doxing and harassment, primarily of women and LGBTQ+ people. From there, it spread onto pornography websites, where captions allegedly named both Destiny and Pxie as participants. Lawyers write that Pxie\u2019s face is \u201cvisible and identifiable\u201d in the footage. The video has been viewed tens of thousands of times, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Pxie, like Bonnell, is a streamer who focuses on politics, and lawyers write in the complaint that people began to spread rumors that she had \u201cexchanged sex for professional growth and favors from Bonnell.\u201d When Pxie directly asked Bonnell in November 2024 about sharing any videos of them, he apologized for having done so, replying via Discord, \u201cI\u2019m super sorry, there\u2019s literally no excuse,\u201d according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=c5Jwhx3ZggE\">Bonnell responded to the lawsuit in an hourlong video he posted Thursday on both Kick and YouTube<\/a>, in which he said that he was the primary victim of the \u201crevenge porn\u201d that was posted online. In January, Bonnell had said in a statement that the intimate video was shared as part of a leak: \u201cThe leak happened without my knowledge, consent, or authorization,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Destiny\/comments\/1i645qz\/legal_arc_beginning_in_mysterious_ways_such_wow\/\">he wrote<\/a>. Bonnell responded to Polygon\u2019s request for comment <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vRNJFQ-QYSjmqiZrb5c_4OEnQ4GwIoQq-vMeYQqHN3j42wbReGfeosJWS-75EuDZfVU9ermwaHwyyZe\/\">with a link to the statement read on the YouTube and Kick videos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">\u201cWhile other people were undeniably harmed by these leaks, they were seen as collateral damage to the publisher of the material,\u201d he wrote in a prepared statement for the YouTube video. While reading aloud from the letter, Bonnell flipped back and forth between screenshots of communications between himself and Pxie. Polygon has reached out to Bonnell for further comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">In their complaint, Pxie\u2019s lawyers write that as a result of the intimate video being shared online, she began feeling \u201cincreasingly humiliated, mortified and depressed, and start[ed] feeling suicidal.\u201d After Pxie announced on social media in January that she was suing Bonnell, she received messages from \u201capproximately fifteen women\u201d who told her they had received from Bonnell \u201csexually explicit images [\u2026] of other women without the other women\u2019s consent,\u201d according to the lawsuit. At least two women, the complaint says, have since publicly alleged that Bonnell shared sexually explicit videos of them without their consent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Pxie\u2019s lawyers write in the suit that Bonnell also began a \u201csmear campaign\u201d against her, in which he claimed that she is \u201conly interested in getting money from him\u201d and that his only crime is being \u201ctoo much of a gooner.\u201d In addition, the complaint alleges that Bonnell has been \u201cactively\u201d deleting evidence related to the case and his actions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Pxie\u2019s lawsuit cites several different violations of state and federal laws: sexual cyberharassment, protections for intimate images, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy. (<a href=\"https:\/\/codes.findlaw.com\/fl\/title-xlvi-crimes\/fl-st-sect-784-049\/\">Sexual cyberharassment is the term in Florida law<\/a> that covers what is colloquially referred to as revenge porn.)
