He spawns somewhat randomly around the map and requires a bit of finagling to get him to actually show up, but he\u2019s a pretty straightforward boss fight.<\/p>\n

Where to find Fletcher Kane in Fortnite<\/h2>\n

Kane has a chance to spawn at any of the vaults on the island. You can tell which one he\u2019ll be at because it\u2019ll be marked with a wolf head icon, so you can plan right away to drop there if you\u2019re trying to hunt him down.<\/p>\n

Notably, you will need thermite<\/strong><\/a> to crack whatever vault he\u2019s hiding in. After using thermite on the vault, several of his lackeys will come in to take you down, so be prepared to knock them. After tussling for a bit, Kane will spawn in front of the vault.<\/p>\n

How to beat Fletcher Kane in Fortnite<\/h2>\n

Fletcher Kane isn\u2019t too hard to take down as he\u2019s just your typical boss. He doesn\u2019t have any specific mechanics \u2014 you pretty much just need to spray him down with bullets (aiming for the head for more damage).<\/p>\n

After you get rid of his shield, he\u2019ll start glowing red and enter a frenzied state, occasionally howling to use a sonar-like ability to identify nearby players. Don\u2019t fret too much about this and just keep unloading on him. The time he spends howling is a great opportunity to hit him while he\u2019s not really fighting back.<\/p>\n

As usual with these types of bosses, it\u2019s not really the boss that you have to worry about \u2014 it\u2019s the nearby players who are trying to do the same thing as you. We recommend dropping somewhere nearby, looting up, eliminating players first, and then going for the boss. Have heals and shields ready for the worst, as you don\u2019t want to be caught unaware by another player who was just late to the party.<\/p>\n

After beating him, you\u2019ll get Fletcher Kane\u2019s Double Down Pistol <\/strong>and the Unstoppable Medallion<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
