So, yes, while you\u2019re free to play around with Patch 8 on PlayStation 5, it sounds like you\u2019re going to want to be careful of doing so with your main Baldur\u2019s Gate 3<\/em> save lest it becomes unplayable when\/if this unplanned access is taken away.<\/p>\n

Baldur\u2019s Gate 3<\/em>\u2019s Patch 8 is set to add a bunch of cool features<\/a>, including cross-play between all platforms, a robust photo mode, and 12 new subclasses, before Larian Studios says goodbye<\/a> to the game and franchise for good. It doesn\u2019t currently have a release date apart from a vague 2025 window, but registration is ongoing<\/a> for an upcoming stress test.<\/p>\n
