The beloved Chatterwhite shader<\/strong> \u2014 an all-white shader \u2014 has finally come to Destiny 2<\/a> <\/em>after years of fan requests. The shader comes from the original Destiny<\/em>, and was a reward for killing Atheon, the series\u2019 first raid boss.<\/p>\n

In this Destiny 2<\/em> guide, we\u2019ll walk you through how to unlock the Chatterwhite shader<\/strong> during the Past is Prologue Bento Box event.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: The Past is Prologue event only runs through Feb. 4, when the Heresy episode launches in-game. While the shader could come back in the future, make sure you move quickly if you want to pick it up before it expires.<\/p>\n

How to unlock the Chatterwhite shader in Destiny 2<\/h2>\n

To unlock the Chatterwhite shader in Destiny 2<\/em>, first you need to pick up the \u201cPacked Lunch<\/strong>\u201d quest from the Drifter in the Tower. To complete this quest, you\u2019ll need to \u201ccomplete five Bento Boxes.\u201d However, there are only four Bento Box quests available as of this writing, so you can\u2019t get the Chatterwhite shader just yet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As for what Bento Boxes are, these are little quests Drifter offers which will give you special Bento Tokens<\/a>. You can then take these tokens to Eris on the moon for some great rewards. The quest objectives range from killing some dungeon\/raid bosses to just doing activities on the Moon.<\/p>\n
