Season 7<\/strong> of Diablo 4<\/a><\/em>, formally called the Season of Witchcraft, goes live this week \u2014 a welcome injection of hell\u2019s heat to offset winter\u2019s cold embrace.<\/p>\n

Season 7 is the first season to follow last year\u2019s release of the Vessel of Hatred<\/a><\/em> expansion, giving players something new to focus on now their DLC campaigns have long wrapped.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s when Diablo 4<\/em> season 7 releases in your time zone<\/strong>, plus a little bit about what to expect when the season goes live.<\/p>\n

Diablo 4 season 7 release time in your time zone<\/h2>\n

Diablo 4<\/em> season 7 begins on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 1 p.m. EST<\/strong>. Here\u2019s the release time in your time zone:<\/p>\n

  • 1 p.m. EST<\/strong> for the East Coast of North America<\/li>\n
  • 6 p.m. GMT <\/strong>for the U.K.<\/li>\n
  • 7 a.m. CET<\/strong> for Western Europe\/Paris<\/li>\n
  • 3 a.m. JST<\/strong> on Jan. 22 <\/strong>for Tokyo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    While these are the expected release times for Diablo 4\u2019<\/em>s latest season, there\u2019s always the chance technical difficulties could impact the rollout. We\u2019ll update this post once the season is live or if Blizzard announces any changes to the schedule.<\/p>\n

    What to expect from Diablo 4 season 7<\/h2>\n

    The top-line mechanic for Diablo 4<\/em> season 7 is the introduction of witchcraft powers<\/strong>. Via the seasonal questline, you can acquire magical abilities across three skill trees: offensive \u201cEldritch\u201d magic, defensive \u201cPsyche\u201d magic, and offensive\/defensive \u201cGrowth and Decay\u201d magic. All good skills to master against the new Headrotten<\/strong> enemy type.<\/p>\n

    There are also a handful of welcome changes to loot and gear. The Armory<\/strong> feature will allow you to save up to five loadouts per character. Diablo 4<\/em> season 7 will additionally add eight new Uniques<\/strong> and eight new Legendary Affixes<\/strong>. And if you own the Vessel of Hatred<\/em> expansion, you\u2019ll have access to three new Runes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
