According to <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/rgg-studio-teases-new-project-century-fueling-speculation-that-we-may-be-getting-a-like-a-dragon-origin-story-involving-snoop-dogg-in-some-way\">Automaton West<\/a>, some Like a Dragon fans have speculated that the man in the teaser is a young Makoto Tojo, the founder of the Tojo Clan seen in the studio\u2019s modern-day Yakuza games, and that rapper Snoop Dogg may be involved, but we can probably put those theories on ice thanks to Yokoyama\u2019s statements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">Two days prior to Project Century\u2019s debut, Sega <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gematsu.com\/2024\/12\/sega-files-project-century-related-trademarks-in-japan\">filed two trademarks<\/a> related to the property, one for the name of the company on the back of the protagonist\u2019s robe \u2014 Yashima Boueki Kaisha, or roughly Japan Trade Company \u2014 and another for its logo.
