Compared to previous seasonal skins, like Solid Snake<\/a>, Geralt of Rivia<\/a>, and Wolverine<\/a>, Godzilla\u2019s intimidating frame doesn\u2019t quite<\/em> transpose to a vaguely humanoid frame. But the character\u2019s signature chonkiness (Fortnite<\/em>\u2019s Godzilla is based on the Godzilla x Kong<\/a><\/em> iteration) will show up at some point both as a skin and on the map in Chapter 6 Season 1.<\/p>\n

The Godzilla skin comes to Fortnite<\/em> Chapter 6 Season 1 on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As with other mid-season battle pass skins, once the skin becomes available, you\u2019ll need to complete a series of challenges to unlock it. (Though unconfirmed, if previous seasonal skins are anything to go by, you\u2019ll be able to to unlock extra cosmetics for Godzilla by completing additional challenges.)<\/p>\n

Where is Godzilla in Fortnite Chapter 6?<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

At launch, Godzilla is not located anywhere on the Fortnite<\/em> island in Chapter 6 Season 1<\/strong>. But the season trailer<\/a> shows the King of Monsters roaming and roaring around the map. Unlike the seasonal skin, this iteration of Godzilla is normally proportioned \u2014 and, suitably, bigger than a skyscraper.<\/p>\n

Presumably, Godzilla will appear on the island in a mid-season update (possibly on or around the release of the Godzilla skin, as dated above). We\u2019ll update this guide when we have more information. In the meantime, perhaps you can visit the giant turtle<\/a> instead.<\/p>\n
