A more notable change is an increase in the minimum RAM requirement, which has gone up from 8GB to 16GB.<\/p>\n<p>The previously &#8220;recommended&#8221; spec is now listed as &#8220;medium,&#8221; while the high system requirement, which is &#8220;recommended,&#8221; is significantly higher. There&#8217;s also a bit of sweat to be seen in the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/steamcommunity.com\/app\/1643320\/discussions\/0\/4626979978390568930\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Steam discussions<\/u><\/a>, where one user wrote, &#8220;Crysis is giving you a sideways look.&#8221; Others have noted the absence of any mention of upscaling options\u2014GSC Game World said in a <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/stalker_thegame\/status\/1856401958376222821\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>reply post<\/u><\/a> that DLSS and FSR will both be supported, but provided no details beyond that.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, I&#8217;m feeling a little bit nervous about running Stalker 2 on my own rig. It&#8217;s been rock solid for a good many years, but that bump in the minimum spec really has me thinking about just how many years it&#8217;s been.
